Welcome to My Bath Bar (“My Bath Bar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mybathbarstore.com (the “Site”) and any products, services, quotes, or communications you obtain through it. By accessing or using the Site, submitting a project request, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

My Bath Bar LLC is a plant-based small-batch bath, body, and haircare manufacturer based in Hampton, Georgia. We offer white label, semi-custom, and full-custom formulation and manufacturing services for brands, along with select retail products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this Site, submit a manufacturing inquiry, or place an order. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Manufacturing, Wholesale & Custom Order Terms

  • Inquiries and Quotes. Submitting a “Start a Project” or “Request a Call” form is a request for information only and does not create a binding order. All quotes are estimates and are not final until confirmed in writing by My Bath Bar.
  • Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs). White label, semi-custom, and full-custom orders are subject to published or quoted minimum order quantities and tiered volume pricing, which may change without notice until an order is confirmed.
  • Formula Ownership. For white label and semi-custom orders using My Bath Bar’s existing base formulas, My Bath Bar retains ownership of the underlying formulations. For full-custom development work, ownership terms will be set out in a separate manufacturing or development agreement signed by both parties.
  • Samples and Approvals. Where samples or proofs are provided, the client is responsible for reviewing and approving formulation, scent, labeling, and packaging before production. My Bath Bar is not responsible for errors in a production run that match a client-approved sample or proof.
  • Payment Terms. Deposits, payment schedules, and balance-due terms will be specified in an invoice or order confirmation. Production will not begin until any required deposit is received.
  • Lead Times. Estimated lead times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed and may be affected by ingredient availability, batch scheduling, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Retail Orders (If Applicable)

If you purchase a retail product directly through the Site, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased and to refuse any order.

5. Product Disclaimers

  • Our products are cosmetics formulated for topical use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
  • Every body reacts differently to natural and botanical ingredients. We recommend a patch test before full use of any new product.
  • Full ingredient lists are provided for transparency. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please review ingredients carefully before use or purchase.
  • Discontinue use and consult a physician if irritation occurs.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including the My Bath Bar name, logo, formulas, product descriptions, photography, educational materials (including any ebooks or guides), and site design — is the property of My Bath Bar LLC and is protected by applicable trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

7. Educational Content & Guides

Any ebooks, guides, or educational materials made available through the Site (including free or paid downloads) are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional, medical, or safety advice, and My Bath Bar is not liable for outcomes resulting from their use, including any independent soap-making or formulation activities you undertake.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
  • Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site
  • Submit false or misleading information through any form, quote request, or order

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Bath Bar LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, our products, or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase or manufacturing agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable product or order.
