What brands usually ask first.
What’s the difference between white label, semi-custom, and full custom?
White label means choosing a finished formula and selling it under your brand. Semi-custom starts from one of our base formulas and adapts the scent, color, additives, and base. Full custom is a new formula written from your brief.
What is your minimum order?
Minimums start as low as 24 units. Exact minimums depend on the product and format, and we confirm them in your consultation. ⚑
How are your products made?
In small batches, by hand, using plant-based formulas. Small batches let us control quality and keep every run consistent with the sample you approved.
Will I know exactly what’s in my product?
Yes. Full ingredient transparency is part of how we work, and you’ll receive the complete ingredient list for your product.
Can I try before I commit to a full order?

Who owns the formula?
White label formulas are non-exclusive, meaning they may be offered to other brands. For full custom projects, exclusivity and ownership are agreed in writing before development begins. ⚑
